Journeyed on April 17th, 2021
Born September 26, 1979 on a beautiful fall day with auburn hair and big beautiful eyes. Adding to that beauty was an amazing smile and contagious sparkle.
Jolene grew up in Florence, Mt and attended school until her sophomore year. The family then returned to the family homestead up Cokedale Rd in Livingston, Mt.
There she attended and graduated from Park High, competing in multiple athletics throughout high school and after; as well as many equine events.
Jo’s passion and connection with her horses was apparent from an early age. Some would say in the womb.
Her love of horses led her to pursue many new disciplines and growth as a trainer and mentor. In her early career she and her trusty Spotted mounts won numerous awards and advanced on a world placing level.
Jolene was gifted in connecting with her horses and her students. She enjoyed mentoring her son, 4H kids, clients, and her nieces and nephews.
In 2005 Jolene married Cameron Campbell in Livingston, Montana. Coincidentally meeting in Florence, Mt at a family event. Cameron blessed her by adding his daughter Bailee to her life. After a couple years the addition of son Dakota and daughter Delyla June brought a beaming joy to her life.
They spent years in Livingston training and boarding horses before purchasing her dream facility in Laurel, Mt.
They enjoyed many clients and boarders and made lifelong friends along the way.
Jolene traveled as far as Scotland and all over the US to various horse events. She enjoyed her time with her Rodeo Gals, Queen Crew, Flag Brigade, and Flying Chix. Many ranching and equine endeavors were attended and enjoyed over the years. She spent her early years riding and packing into the mountains while hunting and being outdoors. She enjoyed hard work. She was a true Montana Cowgirl.
A Glamorous Tomboy some could say.
Jolene is survived by her Husband Cameron Campbell of Laurel; children Dakota and DeLyla of Laurel. Step daughter Bailee Smith Campbell of Miles City; Parents Roger and Kim Dishman of Livingston, Mt; Sister Susie Dishman Fleming of Big Timber, Mt (Rob; JoDee, Gracie, Colter, and Will); Brother D’Shane Barnett (Jason) of Missoula, Mt; Sister/Cousin Risse Davis (Sean) Milwaukee, Or; Sister/Cousin Krissy Nickelson of Livingston; Brother/Cousin Nick Nickelson of Sedro Woolley, Wa; Cousin Bonita Nickelson of Sedro Woolley, Wa; Life-long sister herd Summer Evans and Crystal Evans Lineback; a huge tribe of Dishman cousins;

Jolene was loved beyond the stars and was enjoyed by her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed her riding buddies and watching their various activities.
She has multiple big Brothers/Sisters and blossomed into a horse sister to many. She especially enjoyed her time with her cousin Cassie Cossairt and grade school friend JoAnna Reed Thorsen.
