Tuffi was born on October 3rd, 1947 in Laurel, MT to Elizabeth (Krug) McLaughlin and Clarence McLaughlin. She married Robert Lacey on December 17th 1967. They raised three children together, Jeremy, Shawn and Lisa.
Tuffi was loved by everyone she met. She was kind, caring and always full of life. She could light up any room with her infectious smile or her quick wit. Tuffi was preceded in death by her father Clarence, her mother Elizabeth, and her sister Lonita. She is survived by her husband Robert, her three children, Jeremy, Shawn (Margie), Lisa (Rodney), her sister Marlisse, her brother John, her grandchildren, Skyler (Alli), Emily, Marcus, Jordan, Bronté and Brittany, her great grandchildren, Harleigh, Lukas, Owen and Kingston as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, February 17th at Rockvale Cemetery, 4046 US Hwy 310, Joliet, MT at 10:00 am followed by memorial services at St. Johns Lutheran Church, 417 W 9th St. in Laurel, MT at 11 am. A luncheon will be held following the memorial service at the church.
