Longtime Bridger resident, Penny (Parker) Kidwell passed away in her home at the age of 69 on August 2, 2020. Penny was born in Billings, MT on February 16, 1951 to parents Jean & Calvin Parker. She was raised on the family ranch in Bridger, Montana throughout her entire childhood life. In 1969, she married her high school sweetheart Michael Kidwell. As a young couple, they spent their first years moving around the US while Mike was in the Army. Upon his discharge, Penny and Mike settled in Bridger, MT, where they raised their children Jared, Neil and Megan. She spent many years supporting her children in sports, concerts and plays. Even after her own children graduated, she enjoyed cheering on the Bridger Scouts. As her children made their own families, Penny loved being a grandma to Jacob, Nana to Maddy and Libby, and mother-in-law to Deb and Mike.

We will miss her deeply.
