Deanna Mary (Spencer) King was born in Billings, Montana on March 23rd 1939 to Elwin and Esther Spencer.

She married Lyle King April 30, 1960. They enjoyed 45 years together until Lyle’s passing in 2005. They had two children, Marcelle Jere and Jay Allan.
Together they were able to fulfill their dream of building a log cabin on acreage outside Columbus, Mt.
She retired after 24 years as the Librarian for Stillwater County. She was successful in moving the library from the courthouse to where it currently located. In 2007 the Montana Library Association presented Deanna with an Honorary Lifetime Membership Award.
Many days Deanna could be found volunteering at the Columbus Senior Center.
Deanna leaves behind her “partner in crime” and companion George Bokma, her children Marci Marsh (Shannon), Jay (Cindy), 5 grandchildren and 4 great-children. Proceeded in death by her parents, husband and a grandson.
