Samantha loved people and she loved unconditionally. She would talk to anyone and never met a stranger. She was 18 and joined Youth with a Mission and made countless friends as she lived out her passion in serving the Lord. She loved to bake and decorate cakes for her friends. She baked many wedding cakes, including her brother Chris’ wedding cake and countless birthday cakes. She was always willing to help. Samantha loved helping women feel beautiful by “personal shopping”, doing their hair and makeup, and sharing her laughter and wisdom. It was her dream to open a facility to teach young girls how to become respectable women by teaching fashion and makeup and the word of God. When
Samantha would come home to Montana for visits, she was surrounded: by cousins, family, and friends of all ages. Her love and light attracted everyone, and she saw the best in everybody. Her nephews Justin and Nathan were the apples of her eye. She never failed to let them know how loved they were. She loved spending time with them and having fun playing games, swimming, amusement parks, and sharing stories. Samantha was a great listener. She heard people. Samantha was her Dad’s feisty gal: when Tom told her something, she didn’t want to hear she would say, “PRAISE THE LORD!”.
She is survived by her parents Tom and Pat, her brothers Chris and wife Maryann, Jake and her nephews Justin and Nathan. Her Uncle Mike and Aunt Robin and their daughters and families. Her grandparents Loraine and Roy and many cousins. She is also survived by her friends: Wendy who was a great resource to the family in her most need, and Patti and John Smith and their family.
