Jon is preceded in death by his wife Vicki Ann (Love) Bargas; father Ruben Bargas Sr; mother Viola Lucero; sisters Maria, Deborah and Gloria; grandson Benjamin Gragg; and many loved ones.
Jon is survived by daughters Rhonda Schaff (Kyle), Sarah Gragg (Ken), son Ryan Bonnett; brothers Geary (Beverly) Bargas, Ruben Jr. (Betty) Bargas, James Bargas and Michael Bargas; grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha, Cody, Lorinda, Alan, Brenden, Nathaniel, and Jonathan, along with 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and loved ones.
Jonathan was inducted into the Unites States Army on February 10th, 1971 and served overseas. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal for Marksmanship. He was honorably discharged on November 8th, 1972.
Jonathan worked for Wong Village for a short time. He was employed by E.B.C Trusses for most of his working career. He was a member of the Moose Legion for a while.
Jon enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and family gatherings at the land in Roberts. He liked to listen to his music and watching the latest movies. He was fond of Martial Arts and the films related to it. Jon was very friendly and sociable and had many friends.
