My heart was sadden when I read of the loss of Ben, and I wanted to send my warmest condolences to the family. To lose a precious loved one, a child, a part of you, can bring such overwhelming grief but the God of all comfort tells us at 2 Kings 20:5 He doesn’t cause the loss and that He hears your prayers, sees your tears and feels your pain. John 5:28,29 says that not only does God care but lovingly gives assurance that you will have him in your life once again without all the pain we see today. Until God’s promises come true may every good thought, every memory of the love you felt, flood and overtake you with calm and peace to help you through the dark moments. My deepest condolences for your loss, it's always the hardest and most painful when we loose our loved ones. A few scriptures that always give me comfort and help when I have lost a loved one is the hope found in Job 14:14,15 where Jehovah God longs to bring our loved ones back to us. Revelation 21:3,4 gives a beautiful hope for the future where tears an pain will be wiped away and death will be no more. I hope these scriptures help even a little, they always extend hope for me, my deepest condolences again.
