Robert "Bob" Forshee Sr.
Robert was born Jan. 11, 1931, to George and Ethel Forshee in St. Louis, Missouri. He passed at home Dec. 2, 2017, at the age of 86. He was raised in the St. Louis area. After serving in the U.S. Army, Robert relocated to Colorado, where he met the love of his life, Jewell Love. They were married on Sept. 5, 1954. In the spring of 1960, they relocated to Jewell’s home town, Billings, where he worked for the City of Billings Sanitation Department until his retirement in 1978. Throughout his adult life Robert was an avid hunter and fisherman. During his later years he looked after his wife, content with social coffee outings. He is survived by his children, Robert (Bonnie) Forshee Jr., Joni (Darren) Theurer and Scott (Lee Ann) Forshee, step-daughters, Cheryl Hilario, Jorja Belmarez, Barbra (Wendall) Moulder; 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. He is also survived by his sister; Lorraine Brown. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, daughter Jyna Forshee, step-daughter Loretta Mays, grandson Scott Forshee Jr., step-grandson Tracy Belmarez, step-granddaughter Theresa Hilario, sisters Blanch, Wanetta and Ruth, brothers Jerry, William, James, Melvin, John and George. Robert was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, husband and friend. Cremation has taken place. Internment with graveside services for Robert and Jewell will be at 3 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 7, at Mountainview Cemetery.
